A free 5 week course for parents of babies aged 0-12 months - starting 24th Jan, 1pm @ Cheriton Baptist Church Hall, CT19 4BY

A relaxed and welcoming group where  you will have the opportunity to discuss the highs and lows of being a new parent with a qualified and experienced postnatal group facilitator.

The course will cover a range of topics for example sleeping, feeding, crying, changes in your relationships, finding time for yourself, your expectations of family life vs the reality.
