Overseas Partners
We believe we are part of a global family. Revelation 7:9 speaks of ‘a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb’. We love diversity and believe that there is much we have to learn from each other as we interact with and relate to those from other nations and cultures. As a church we have a relationship with a number of individuals, churches and projects in other nations.

We work in South Africa with Ten Thousand Homes, whose mission is to provide shelter and nutrition to the most vulnerable. 1 in 7 families lacks proper housing and adequate nutrition. We partner with local leaders in developing nations to build homes and run feeding programs, providing a gateway to share the love of God and build hope for a brighter future.
The majority of our staff team operates from a campus in White River, Mpumalanga. As a Christ-centered community, our desire is to create opportunities for people to encounter God and build hope for others. We have the privilege of hosting international teams and volunteers who partner with us to serve the communities we work in.

Hi, I'm Sharon. I'm currently living and working in Bonn, Germany. I work in a bi-lingual nursery as an English speaker. I work with a group of children under the age of 3 years old. Half of the staff in the group speak English with and in front of the children and the other half speak German. This way of working with children and exposing them to 2 different languages is called the Immersion Method. The children are not directly taught either language but they learn it as they are immersed in it throughout the daily routine and interactions. Most of the children understand my English but tend to speak mostly German to me. It is a privilege to work with the children and to see how amazing they are at learning 2 and sometimes 3 or even 4 languages.
I have been in Germany for 3 years now and am beginning to get a better grasp of the language but it still feels like I do not know much. But I can communicate more effectively and I understand my German colleagues more easily now.
I attend an International Baptist Church in Bonn where English is the main language and where I get to meet people from all over the world. It is an ever changing congregation as people come to work or study here and then head back to their home country or move onto another country. They are a great group of people and I am grateful to have found this church.

Prathap Darshi is a Husband, Father, Worshiper, Psalmist, Teacher, Musician, Revivalist, Director and Overseer of The Burn247 India & South Asia.
Prathap grew up in an orphanage for 12 years, because of his poor condition at home.
He did his Ywam DTS in Bangalore India in 2005 and while doing this school, he got a call from God to serve Him full time. So he started to serve as a worship pastor at a Church of his home town Hubli. He served in that Church for 8 years and he trained many worship leaders and musicians. He has also been a part of several evangelical crusades and worship events across India. His desire for worship grew more and more and he started searching for Worship schools around the world. He ended up doing his School of Worship in Herrnhut, Germany (where the Moravian revival took place) and a year later he was invited to be on staff for the same school. That’s where he met His wife Regina.
Prathap and Regina are launching into the heart of Hubli, India as missionaries, with the vision to sustain worship and prayer throughout the nation. They are traveling through regions in India, helping communities and churches with international ministry, the Burn 24/7. In serving the Body of Christ, they believe the Lord has called them to establish a 24/7 central ministry of worship and prayer. God gave Prathap the vision of Isaiah 60; to rise and shine among the nation of India for the glory of Jesus in India. Currently Prathap is serving as a Youth pastor in their local church in Hubli.
Their desire is to see the next generation rising up in the presence of God. They are doing kidscamps throughout the year, reaching out to hundred thousands of kids every year in tribal villages, and they are also in charge of the Light a candle sponsorship program. Their mission is to rescue kids and find sponsors for them and also to rescue temple prostitutes, who are bound by a cultural tradition that is more than 4000 years old. Currently they have 1000 kids with permanent sponsors. They have been able to rescue 50 former temple prostitutes, who receive sponsorship housing and additional care. They frequently travel across Europe and America to teach, preach and to share the love of God and impart their vision to others.

Julie H, This is me.
Following my sudden exit from China, God has opened a new door of opportunity for me to serve in Thailand.
I live and work at Manorom International Christian School (MICS) as a dormitory parent for a group of Chinese High school students who reside here 24/7. They all speak English and are Christians, but need support in their academic studies as well as in areas of emotional and spiritual growth. "Walking the talk" as Dave often says!
As believers they come from a country where Christianity is regarded as a 'toxic influence on teenagers, so the need for nurturing them whilst they are granted a student visa to study of China, is vital.
